Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped by us within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email when it ships.

Carrier and delivery

We ship via USPS from Massachusetts. Delivery times depend on USPS and your location, and are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays caused by USPS or weather are outside our control.

Shipping rates

United States (Standard): $2 on orders under $25

United States (Standard): $5 on orders of $25–$49.99

United States (Standard): Free on orders of $50 or more

United States (Express): $17

Canada (Standard): $15

Stickers ship free to the US and Canada. When an order includes stickers and other items, the rate applies to the other items.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.

Customs, duties and taxes (Canada)

Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and brokerage fees set by Canadian authorities. These are not included in your order total and are the recipient's responsibility.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't redirect or reimburse orders sent to an incorrect address. If you spot a mistake right after ordering, contact us right away and we'll do our best to fix it before the order ships.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us through our contact form at funnestknowntime.com/pages/contact. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, see our Returns & Refunds policy.
